The Passion Dance Project operates in six sessions that each run the span of two months. There are six sessions per year and three major projects for students to focus on at different points throughout the year. No matter what project phase the studio is in, each session dancers will learn new combinations, skill work and choreography.
Competition: Dancers who have auditioned and been selected for the Hip Hop Company or Contemporary company will compete with various group and solo dances from January through June.
Mainstage Production: All dancers can audition for parts in the Mainstage Production and will take class as well as rehearse during the summer months. The Production will take place in August.
Grand Finale Recital: All dancers will be in our Grand Finale. Students must be enrolled in both Session 5 and Session 6 to perform in the recital.
Upon registration dancers will receive a yearly calendar and all rehearsal dates so that families can plan functions knowing when students are expected to rehearse, perform and compete.
